[隋有彬] I think the overall home furnishing industry, including the furniture industry, was an inflection point in the past 2011, including in 2008, when we faced the financial crisis, we thought that the turning point was there. In fact, for China, especially in the domestic market, there was no problem at the time, because at that time, in order to promote development, China maintained a relatively fast development trend in China through economic stimulus, including the opening of real estate. But at the same time, due to the temporary force of the regulatory policy, it is not the price reduction now, but the actual amount is only decreasing. That is to say, the quantity is constantly falling, which is the sales volume of Beijing's house prices going to new lows. In this case, the sales volume is actually decreasing. I think this is one of them.


The second is that the consumer's mentality of purchasing a weak mind also appears at the same time, that is to say, I originally need to invest a lot in the decoration desires in the home, but relatively less investment. The third is the downturn in China's long-term stock market. Especially in recent times, the money in the pockets of the people is not expected to be so abundant, so he will become very cautious when he buys all the goods. So I think the current downturn in this form should be a big platform, and many industries are born. But why is the home industry more obvious? Mainly because of the limited purchase of real estate, and then to the renovation, all the things used in the home will be affected.

So I think we have to be quiet at this time, calm down and think about what we will do in the future, including what our future development path is. This is one of them.


The second is growth. I feel that I can only grow up in times of adversity. First of all, we must calm down and re-examine the future development route. It will not be as easy as it used to be, so easy, if you open a shop, you will make money, etc., and now it is not so easy, just like we used to stocks. It's just too easy.
Now we need to have certain abilities. Not all people can make money by opening a store. Not all people can develop and start a factory, they can progress, and he is likely to die. Therefore, all the people in this industry are required to continue to grow and grow.


[Reporter] That is just like what you just said. Now the industry has entered an inflection point. Some people even say that they have begun to reshuffle. What kind of development forecast do you have for 2012?


[隋有彬] Actually, I think the industry has been shuffling. You will find that those companies, friends, or peers who have worked with us in the past ten years may not be able to see 80% of them after ten years. Some have not seen it, some have done more. This has been in the past, and now there is, the future is still the case, the shuffling is normal, this company is constantly shuffling. Especially with our first generation of entrepreneurs, after the start of business, with the subsequent age increase, his follow-up second and third generations are easy to be washed down when they follow up. I think this is very normal.


[Reporter] What kind of development trend do you think will be next year?


[隋有彬] I think from my own point of view, next year will not be better than this year, the market is still grim, it will not be spring, it will not be summer, it is still winter. But it is hard to say how much colder than now, at least the environment will not get better.


[Reporter] So, do we love what Iris will do next year to prevent the cold?


[隋有彬] Yes, we have also profoundly summed up what we don’t have in our entire management system or management level, or do not do enough and are not perfect. It doesn't matter if we have done imperfections in the past, including the differentiation of our products and the competitiveness of our factories. But with the advent of this winter, this competition has intensified, and I feel that we are asking ourselves to see if we have the ability to do it better.
