The paper web near the paper core in overspeed is slack. Before the splicing preparation is completed, it should be noted whether the new paper roll paper is in the correct position. Alignment of the alignment, once the front end of the new paper web is inserted into the splicer, any movement of the original paper holder will cause tension in the diagonal direction of the paper web. When the splicer is started, it will cause the web to break. This factor affects the core paper. It is particularly critical that the preconditioner must be accelerated to help the core paper start easily and at the same time reduce the tension of the core paper using adhesive tape at the bottom edge of the preparatory rod. Cut the paper at the bottom edge of the preparatory bar and cut it to a 45* angle. Apply the tape to the bottom edge of the preparatory bar or follow the manufacturer's standard requirements. The position of the tape usually has a great influence on the reliability of the splicer because the tape is directly in contact with the splicer. The sizing of the web according to the requirements of the equipment manufacturer is the best way to remove the film on the back of the tape before the splicer is started. Instead of removing the film on the back of the tape at the beginning of the splicing, it is checked ten minutes in advance to see if the braking force is insufficient.
