For example, in the packaging paper market, Henan consumer board paper is 7.16 million tons in the whole year. The annual output of packaging paper in Henan Province in 2017 is only 3.22 million tons, the gap is 3.94 million tons, and the existing production capacity only reaches 45% of the market demand.
