Multifunctional carton packing machine

Like Aldi, the German supermarket chain, there is a growing demand for two or more products to be placed in one inventory unit, which prompted BluePrint Automation to develop automatic case packers for multi-flavored products.

Before packing, two different products, A and B, are presorted, and the robot system picks up two A products and two B products, and then puts them into the inner box. By repeating this operation, a full box of products will be installed in the inner box and then pushed into the carton by 90 degrees. The product is finally tilted back and forth so that there are four products of two flavors placed vertically in the box. This machine can also be horizontally packaged or used to package a single flavor product.
