As communication operators, banks, UnionPay and other powerful institutions are competing for dominance, the near-field payment is therefore lacking in more unified and standardized programs and products, and the promotion progress is slow. In June this year, China Mobile and China UnionPay cooperated hand in hand, and China Mobile officially accepted the near field communication frequency standard of 13.56MHZ. Although the standards for near-field payment are basically unified, there is no major obstacle to the promotion of mobile payment by all parties. However, the ultimate comprehensive promotion of mobile payment is still inseparable from the cooperation of operators, banks, UnionPay and mobile phone manufacturers, so as to introduce more unified and standardized solutions and products.

However, the development of mobile payment products is still at the stage of the above-mentioned strength agencies, which in turn leads to slow progress in overall promotion.

The key to the advancement of near-field payment lies in the terminal and the card-issuing end. At present, the number of contactless POS machines has exceeded 1 million units under the active promotion of China UnionPay and the People's Bank of China.

At the card issuance end, the companies in the near-field payment industry chain have formed a situation in which they have formed a multi-headed cooperative camp. For example, some banks cooperate with UnionPay, some banks cooperate with mobile phone manufacturers, and banks cooperate with communication operators, and UnionPay also cooperates with mobile phone manufacturers. However, some insiders said that banks in a wait-and-see state are not optimistic about the prospects of mobile payments. As the UnionPay standard is basically recognized, the model of mobile payment with UnionPay will be adopted by more and more banks.
