The equipment used in the printing of the light-storing printing paste can be widely used to manually cold platen, flat screen, rotary screen printing machine. Using flat screen printing, the printing ink has a large amount of piled on the surface of the fabric, and the brightness of the light is good; while the use of rotary screen printing, the speed of the screen should be appropriately slowed down, and the appropriate scraper shape and scraping pressure should be selected in order to achieve a higher amount of slurry. Printed fabrics have a high luminous brightness. For screen printing cloth, 60-80 mesh is generally preferred, and the design of the pattern pattern is based on the dot and small area or 0.3-0.5 cm wide line grid. For example, a variety of small animals' patterns are bestowed with animal-lighting paste on the eyes of animals. After entering the night, the eyes will glitter, increasing the artistic charm of the fabric. For the plant pattern, a light-storing color paste can be printed on the small flower or the flower core, and the effect at night is also very interesting.

3. Precautions when using light storage printing paste

(1) Choose 80 ~ 100 mesh screen printing plate printing effect is better.

(2) Light-storage luminous printing paste should be "as-used", during the process of mixing, care should be taken to avoid the incorporation of strong electrolytes and heavy metal ions, so as to ensure the quality of the paste.

(3) The deployment of a good storage luminous printing paste should be used within 8 hours, can not be put for a long time.

(4) If co-printing with other dyes or coatings is used, attention should be paid to the order of the printed or floral color of the printing paste. General dye or paint color first, after the luminous storage printing paste, can not be stored in the luminous printing paste on other printing paste, otherwise affect the luminous effect.

(5) The background color of the fabric has a great influence on the luminescence. If the brightness of the white background stored light printing is 100, the light background printing brightness is only about 80 to 90, dark background printing brightness will be below 80. The main reason is that the light reflection effect of white or light-colored fabrics is stronger than that of deep-backed fabrics, and the deep background color absorbs light of a part of the light-emitting material, so the light emission brightness is reduced. When the substrate is a non-white printing material, a layer of white printing paste should be printed on the substrate before printing the light emitting layer to ensure the light emitting effect.

(6) In the printing on fabrics, the minimum film thickness of the luminescent layer can be controlled to not less than 100 μm by adjusting the viscosity of the luminescent light-emitting printing paste and a reasonable printing method. A thickness of 130 μm or so is appropriate. For this purpose, thickness may also be adopted. Edition plate making, relying on the thick version to ensure the thickness of the film, can achieve the best luminous effect.
