Quality analysis using a scientific method

People, machines, objects, methods, and rings are the elements of product quality variation. Therefore, any quality issues must be analyzed and studied on these five elements. When the quality control of a carton company is specific to the index standard, it should first understand the error range of the machining accuracy of its own production equipment. The inspection of the corrugated paper shall be strictly in accordance with the inspection standard; In neglecting the inspection work, it is necessary to increase the number of items in the practice test to ensure that the quality of raw materials is the first step in quality control. Corrugated cardboard line glue paste production quality control should be carried out at least twice a day on the glue viscosity, gelatinization temperature detection, and detailed records, abnormalities should be analyzed and dealt with in a timely manner. The inspection of the cardboard size and the appearance quality of the cutting is very critical. Many tile-line equipment in China rely on fine-tuning and inch-moving to ensure the range of error. Therefore, our quality inspectors are required to test the cardboard of each order. There can be no luck but quality problems. The inspection of carton printing and slotting is also an exception. It requires the inspectors not only to carefully inspect the pattern and text, but also to carefully inspect the size and position. After the process control points: paste box, nail box. The staple distance of the nail box, the squareness of the carton, and the crow's feet pattern of the carton should be examined with emphasis. Carton handling of finished products should have strict quality control, not too high to avoid overturning, inventory management should be moisture-proof and moisture-proof.
