Leader's Notes
1. The leader must plan the event: purpose, time, place, number, equipment, cost, transportation, accommodation, safety, registration method, and statement of responsibility.
2. Before departure, tell everyone about this activity: starting point, passing route, destination, cultural environment, etc. Under normal circumstances, do not change the plan casually.
3. Prior to departure, we must arrange vanguards and adjourned players. Generally, they are served by experienced and strong players. In the process, the leader of the marching team usually takes 3-5 positions behind the vanguard.
4. The leader must pay attention to the number of people who will be brought in for a certain period of time and how many people will be brought.
5. The leader and the vanguard must communicate frequently, check the map from time to time to correct the route, find errors and make corrections, and even return to the original route.
6. When encountering an awkward road, obstacles, or unclear direction of advancement, Pioneer must ask the leader to make a decision and the leader must not make a claim.
7. In the event of an unexpected incident, the leader must calm down, make correct judgments, and make a decision. All personnel must obey the leader and help the leader. They must not get up, nor can they dismantle the platform.
8. The team leader thought not only how to advance the charge, but also how to return. From time to time, he observed the features of the surrounding landforms, prominences, road signs, how to return, and whether there was a second plan.
9. The leader must remember that it is responsible for the lives of others and remember "safety first."

Team marching notice - (leader's note)
Teamwork must take care of courtesy and other considerations to make travel more efficient and more enjoyable.
1. Do not follow too closely. Give your teammates a bit of space. It is best to be three to five steps away.
2. Do not lag too much to avoid losing contact with your teammates, or always let the person in front wait for you to catch up.
3. When you want to let go of the tree branches, you must go back and look at them. Do not call behind the teammates and shout "Caution!" to remind the teammates behind. It is best to bypass the branch directly or drill it underneath, unless you have to grasp the branches to do light assurance.
4. When you stop to tie a shoe, adjust a backpack, take a picture, or admire the scenery, you need to get to the side of the road, standing above your teammates if possible.
5. Bypassing teammates must first seek permission, and pick a good place to "overtake." Never squeeze your elbows on the front.
6. Be polite when meeting with oncoming mountaineering teams. According to tradition, the downhill team must be courteous to the side so that the team can go ahead without interrupting the pace. However, if the terrain is very steep or there are more people in the mountain, it is not appropriate for the team to take a rest.
7. The speed of the pace must reach the fixed point as planned, but it should not be a bad teammate. If someone can't catch up, adjust the pace of the team so that he doesn't fall too far behind. The pace of adjustment also needs to consider the difficulty of the mountain path and the weather conditions.
8. Don't let your teammates get out of the team, whether the team is the same or the last one. At the break, wait for the last teammate to catch up and give him time to rest.
9. In the case of teammates who are out of place and slow, consider asking a teammate to accompany him back or wait at a safe place.
10. Try to let the slowest teammate lead the way and set the pace. This kind of incentive can make the slower pace faster.
11. No need to worry about the long-distance travel or downhill that the route looks for, you must specify the assembly point. The most senior teammate is required to lead or postpone, so that members of the small climbing team can advance at their best pace.
12. To smile and welcome people, it is worth trusting people. Make a set of liked companions.

Responsibility of the incoming team and the skills required to receive the duties of the team:
1. During the hike, make sure you are always the last person; it is important to remember!
2. The receiving team and the team leader shall keep contact with the intercom at any time to ensure that the number of players is consistent with the departure.
3. Coordinating with the team leader to maintain the overall formation of the team, the team should not be dragged too long.
4. Ensure the safety of the players behind the team; always remind safety.
5. Encourage players who are behind to maintain their rhythm and do not leave behind.
6. Carrying a medicine box to handle accidental injuries;

Receiving the team's skills:
1. Strengthen physical exercise at ordinary times and maintain a good physical reserve. Strictly speaking, the physical loss of the team is greater than the team leader.
2. Actively enhance your outdoor skills through study or training.
3. Deep outdoor experience, usually strengthen the summary.
4. Good communication skills with people
5. The ability to deal with common outdoor injuries and emergency treatment.
