Second, the book shell's special form

1. Cardboard chamfer. The upper, lower and front edges of the book case board are created with a knife or other tool to create a certain grade of processing. The entire book shell has an appropriate slope, uniform and uniform, and the slope of each corner should be the same, as shown in Figure 7-6.

2. Do "bamboo". The ribs are raised at the waist of the case, as shown in Figure 7-7.

3. Soft surface. A thin layer of cotton or foam is placed between the cover and the cardboard.
4. Hand hot stamping. That is to say, special stamping irons or rollers with various pattern patterns are used to hand-print all kinds of writings, patterns, and embossing on the back or cover of a book.

Third, decoration book box

The decorative book box is an exquisite and beautiful book on the surface. Actually, it is a box shaped by books, a kind of handicrafts and gifts.

The shape of the book box is determined according to the requirements of designers and publishers. There are round backs and square backs. The cover of the book box is semi-open or fully open. The cuts of the book box can be hot stamped with red gold, and the book covers the cardboard. Right-angled cut edges can also be cut into sloping angles to increase aesthetics. Figure 7-8 shows a bookcase.

The cover of the bookcase is made of velvet and silk satin fabrics and inlaid with various gemstones. The specifications in the bookcase are made into different specifications of boxes, bags and mould cavities according to the requirements of users.
