(3) Causes of poor adhesion

(I) Reasons for poor adhesion of single-sided cardboard

a. The gap between the squeegee roller and the squeegee roller is not set properly, causing the adhesive film to be insufficient (too thin).
b. The gluing roller is too far away from the lower corrugating roller.
c. The adhesive level in the plastic tray is too low.
d. Bad adhesive quality.
e. Corrugated roller temperature is not high enough.
f. The pressure of the pressure roller is uneven or insufficient.
g. Adhesive coating is insufficient, paper is not warmed up, preheater is wound or the temperature is not enough.

c. Since there is not enough evaporation in the center of the cardboard, the adhesive cannot be fully gelatinized. If the temperature of the hot plate cannot be increased, the only way is to reduce the speed.

2 occurs within the entire width of the cardboard
a. Adhesive coating is not full, preheater winding is not enough, belt pressure is not enough, speed is too fast or hot plate temperature is too low.
b. Adhesive film is not enough.
c. Poor adhesive quality.

The so-called see-saw phenomenon refers to the corrugated paperboard after being made. On the surface of the surface paper, there is a concave phenomenon between the back of the peak and the back of the peak, and the shape is the same as that of a domestic washboard. It is called a see-saw phenomenon.

(1) The root cause of the seesaw phenomenon in corrugated board:
This is mainly due to the improper sizing of the adhesive, which is caused by the excess glue that collects on both sides of the peak. This situation is particularly detrimental to the low-quantity linerboard.

Cause Analysis:
