Adhesive index

The viscosity and solid content of the adhesive for corrugated cardboard should be adjusted according to the season. Generally, at low temperature and low humidity (in winter), the viscosity of the adhesive for single corrugated cardboard is 17 ~ 21s (coating 4 cups, the same below), the solid content is 17% ~ 19%; the viscosity of the adhesive for three corrugated cardboard is 40 ~ 60s, solid content is 18% -20%. At high temperature and high humidity (in summer), the viscosity of the adhesive for single corrugated cardboard is 20-25s and the solid content is 19% -22%; the viscosity of the adhesive for three corrugated cardboard is 55-90s and the solid content is 21% -25 %. In addition, the length of the adhesive should be ensured (the thumb is dipped in a little adhesive and adhered to the index finger, and the two fingers are slowly pulled apart to the distance between the two fingers when the adhesive breaks) to 15-20 mm.

Base paper index

(1) The moisture content of the base paper. The moisture content of the base paper should be 6% to 8%, which is the most beneficial to the bonding and corrugating forming effect of corrugated board. The difference between the moisture content of the three kinds of base paper and the left, middle and right sides of each base paper shall not exceed 3%.

(2) Production time of base paper. The production dates of the three base papers must be similar before they can be used on the machine.

(3) The number of fold endurance of the base paper. The base paper should be produced in a low-temperature and low-humidity environment. In order to prevent the quality problems of the carton from bursting due to the low folding endurance, the base paper must have more than 50 fold endurance times.

(4) Base paper strength. The strength of the base paper is determined according to the customer's pressure requirements for the corrugated box used and the production process of the carton. If the compressive strength of a box-shaped carton is required to reach 1500N, through analysis and calculation, if the offset printing carton is used, the base paper should be high-strength A grade, the quantitative is 120g / m2, and the ring compression index is greater than 7N · m / g; if watermark is used Or printing carton by pre-printing process, the base paper should be high-strength A grade, the basis weight is 110g / m2, and the ring pressure index is greater than 6N · m / g.

The choice of base paper strength is more complicated and must be determined after analysis, calculation, and testing according to relevant technologies. Once determined, for this type of box type, the base paper should not be replaced, and it is necessary to select the base paper of the corresponding strength specified during production.

Original paper force adjustment

The original paper force should be adjusted according to the longitudinal bending degree of corrugated cardboard and the usage. When the corrugated cardboard is bent in a certain direction of the base paper in the longitudinal direction, the tension of this base paper should be released. The control of the tension of the base paper roll and the tension outside the roll are different. The force parameter of the base paper must be reduced at the center of the roll paper to prevent the paper from breaking. If the force of the original paper is too large, it may cause quality problems such as paper break, longitudinal bending of corrugated cardboard, and unsatisfactory corrugated forming effect. On the contrary, it may easily cause foaming and warping of corrugated cardboard.

Preheating angle

The surface temperature of the preheating roller must reach above 100 ℃, and the temperature of the hot platen must reach above 150 ℃. The size of the preheating wrap angle is directly proportional to the contact area of ​​the base paper on the preheating roll and the moisture content of the base paper. During the production process, the preheating wrap angle can be increased or decreased according to the horizontal bending degree of the corrugated cardboard. For example, when the single-corrugated cardboard and the three-corrugated cardboard are bent in the transverse direction, in which direction of the base paper is bent, the preheating wrap angle of the base paper is increased, and the preheating wrap angle of other base paper is reduced.

Stacking adjustment

Although stacking paper at the bridge helps to evaporate the moisture of the corrugated cardboard, excessive stacking of paper will cause the corrugated cardboard to appear as a washboard and bend. Therefore, it is necessary to reasonably control the amount of paper piled according to the effect of the board.

Dust removal system

When producing three corrugated cardboard, the cleanliness of the cardboard should be ensured. The dust removal system of the corrugated cardboard production line should be used to remove dust with a brush. The air suction device should be turned on to reduce the printing quality problems caused by paper wool in the subsequent printing process.

Steam pressure and hot plate control

Ensure that the minimum vapor pressure is greater than 7kg and the internal temperature of the hot plate reaches 150 ° C before starting production. In actual production, the hot-pressed plate is reasonably adjusted according to the bending degree of corrugated cardboard and the vehicle speed. When the corrugated cardboard is bent laterally in the direction of the box board, the latter group of hot press plates should be lifted to reduce the internal temperature of the hot press plates under the premise that the glue is gelatinized. When producing corrugated cardboard with a longitudinal dimension of less than 600mm, the machine speed should be reduced by 30% to 40%, and the latter group of hot platen steam pressure devices should be closed or lifted, and the hot platen should be lifted at the same time for heat dissipation.

For preprinted paperboard, if you want to achieve no quality problems at 150 ℃, preprinted paper should use high temperature varnish. Once the preprinted paper is found to have ink and varnish at this high temperature, the heat should be removed. The temperature of the platen was reduced to 130 ° C for reproduction.

Schedule production based on corrugated board size

After the production of corrugated paperboard of larger size is completed, corrugated paperboard of smaller size shall not be produced immediately. If our factory normally produces corrugated cardboard with a longitudinal dimension of 1020mm, if we immediately replace the corrugated cardboard with a smaller longitudinal dimension (such as less than 600mm), the internal temperature of the hot platen cannot be greatly reduced within a short time after shutdown. The corrugated cardboard is severely bent and deformed. Therefore, the production of corrugated cardboard with a longitudinal dimension of less than 600mm should be ranked at the beginning of a single day of production.

After the production of corrugated paperboard of smaller size is completed, corrugated paperboard of larger size shall not be produced immediately. This is because the production of corrugated paperboard of smaller size is carried out at low speed and lower temperature. Once the corrugated paperboard of larger size is replaced immediately, the temperature of the hot platen cannot be quickly raised to the set temperature, the glue solution is not gelatinized enough, and the moisture Slow dispersion will cause the cardboard to have low stiffness and no corrugation. Therefore, it must be produced after the temperature of the hot platen reaches the standard range.

Pressure regulation

The first is the pressure adjustment between the upper and lower corrugated rollers and pressure rollers, which directly affects the corrugating effect. If the pressure is too high, the corrugated board will be blown or crushed; the uneven pressure will make the corrugated cardboard uneven and thin, and the amount of glue will be uneven; if the pressure is too low, the corrugated forming effect will be poor.

The second is the adjustment of the sizing gap. The gap value is inversely proportional to the pressure. If the gap value is too small, that is, if the pressure is too large, the stiffness of the cardboard will decrease, the corrugation height will decrease, and the compressive strength of the carton will decrease. If the gap value is too large, that is, if the pressure is too small, it will affect the adhesion of the cardboard. , Resulting in poor adhesion. When producing single corrugated board, the sizing gap value is 3.2 ~ 3.6mm; when producing three corrugated board, the sizing gap value of single corrugated paper is 2.6mm, and the sizing gap value of three corrugated board is 2.2mm. The gap value should be 3.0mm.

Speed ​​control

The speed of the car has a great influence on the flatness of the corrugated board. Under the premise that the steam pressure is about 7kg and the temperature of the hot plate is about 150 ℃, when the longitudinal dimension of the corrugated board is greater than 600mm, the speed should be controlled to 140 ~ 160m / min; When the longitudinal dimension is less than 600mm, the vehicle speed should be controlled to 90 ~ 100m / min.

Internal cleaning of the pressure plate

When impurities such as paper wool, paper scraps or glue solids adhere to the surface of the hot-pressed board or the surface of the adhesive tape, scratches and grooves will be generated on the surface of the corrugated cardboard. At this time, it must be shut down to clean, otherwise the subsequent printing process It is easy to have quality problems with no ink.

Receive paper

Single-corrugated cardboard and three-corrugated cardboard palletizing or paper collection must be neat and accurate. 20 sheets of single corrugated cardboard are flipped on the front and back. One set of 500 sheets of three-corrugated cardboard. When the bending arc is greater than 1% of the width of the cardboard, each cardboard is also subjected to 20 sheets of positive and negative flips to prevent the cardboard from further bending and deformation during storage.
