I. Overview
M305859 microcomputerized acid concentration automatic analyzer is a new generation product developed on the basis of summarizing electromagnetic sulfuric acid concentration measuring instrument and field application. Its characteristics are:

3. The structure and function of the instrument The instrument is composed of two parts: a detector and a signal processor. (1) The detector is divided into two types: flow-through detector and submerged detector.
1. Flow-through detector The flow-through detector consists of a magnetic head, a transmitter, and a measuring slot. The magnetic head uses a high-magnet ring-shaped excitation coil T1 and a detection coil T2 that are encapsulated by a fluoroplastic acid-resistant material hot-pressed. The magnetic head is installed in the measuring tank. When the measuring tank is filled with sulfuric acid of the solution to be tested, the magnetic head outputs a conductivity signal corresponding to the concentration and temperature of sulfuric acid through the principle of electromagnetic induction; Temperature current signal.
⑵Measuring slot The measuring slot is a flow-through structure. It mainly provides a circulation channel for the sampling acid for the magnetic head sensor to measure. Considering the corrosion resistance, cast iron is used for the measurement of concentrated sulfuric acid with acid temperature below 100 ℃ or steel lined polypropylene engineering plastic is used for acid temperature below 100 ℃ Dilute acid measurement. ⑶Transmitter The transmitter is composed of a flanged aluminum shield and a circuit board. It is the circuit part of the detector.
