TGZ0070D10, TGP0046B is a thermoplastic direct-light bright precious metal preparation used for thermal printing, gloriously decorated with its glass.

Process: Direct (thermoplastic) screen printing mesh: Preheat to 65-85°C, print cleaner with 350-450 mesh steel mesh or 305 mesh metal mesh: 80452

Application: The thermoplastic gold paste is placed on a stencil or metal mesh that has been preheated to 65-85°C and melted and then manually or mechanically printed on the glass. The gold paste cures immediately without drying.

Note: We recommend that the heating temperature of the thermoplastic glass gold paste be less than 90°C, otherwise the gold paste will decompose easily.

Roasting: Recommended roasting temperature range: 560-610 °C

The baking temperature depends on the type of glass substrate. The gold paste organic compounds are generally volatilized and carbonized during the baking process. Therefore, good ventilation must be maintained (guarantee enough oxygen in the kiln) before at least 500°C during the entire baking process.

Note: The decorative effect is related to the chemical composition of the glass substrate surface. Therefore, before using it in large quantities, check the decorative effect in advance.
