Since the in-mold label uses a synthetic paper material, the ink has a longer drying time on its surface than the paper label material. Therefore, in order to ensure production efficiency, it is necessary to select a UV ink which has a faster drying speed in production. During the printing process, ultraviolet light is irradiated onto the UV ink on the surface of the in-mold label. After the UV ink is cured into a film, the abrasion resistance is good, and the loss due to wear during use of the in-mold label and transportation is reduced.

3. Green environmental protection

UV offset printing can be called a green printing .
