The idea came from a discussion of the current furniture industry, especially the high-end imported furniture circulation industry two years ago, which eventually collided with the vague concept of purchasing overseas furniture. With the rapid development of the e-commerce sector in recent years, Lushui and Li Lei decided to establish Haijuhui. After nearly nine months of preparation, on April 22 this year, Haijuhui website was launched. In the two months of testing, there have been 30 million intent orders. When the Entrepreneurship State interviewed, Haijuhui had about 10 customers who were talking about specific cooperation, and some customers had already paid the deposit. This gave Lushui and Li Lei great confidence: "This proves that our model is correct, and the volume is not small. Some related cooperation, all of which have appeared in the past two months."

Save customers about 50% of the cost

Haijuhui's business process is: First, users contact Haijuhui to determine the brand to buy, and Haijuhui quotes accordingly. Of course, if the user needs, Haijuhui will provide users with relevant design and purchase suggestions. In the second step, the user signs the “Overseas Agent Purchase Furniture Contract” with Haijuhui and pays the corresponding amount. According to Li Lei, this is a very thick contract, including funds, services, various information needed, and so on. If the user is worried about the funding problem, he can open a co-management account with Haijuhui, and use the co-management account to open the letter of credit to pay various fees. In the third step, Haijuhui and the foreign specialty store or factory determine the order and pay the advance payment. The factory starts production; the fourth step, after the production of the goods is completed, Haijuhui informs the user of the completion and delivery of the goods, and the user pays the remaining amount according to the contract. Haijuhui will conduct inspections, handle all export procedures and shipping matters. In the fifth step, after the goods arrive in Hong Kong, Haijuhui will complete all customs clearance procedures, settle all expenses, and deliver to the designated address in mainland China.

In the process, Haijuhui will charge the user 15% of the total cost of furniture. According to Lu Shui, the retail price of international top brand furniture in the place of origin is between 40-50% of the retail price in China. According to the calculation method provided by Haijuhui website, the price of overseas furniture itself is half cheaper than that of domestic ones, and the various fees such as customs duties, customs value-added tax, Haijuhui purchasing service fee, warehousing and logistics, etc. are offset by tax rebates and discounts. In the end, the user can save nearly half of the cost.

The target users of Haijuhui are: a group of users who can use assets of more than 10 million RMB. Although these people are very rich, saving money is still very attractive to them, because it is not thousands, tens of thousands, but hundreds of thousands or even millions. This user group has a large house and requires multiple brands of furniture. Designers can provide design, but they can't buy more than one brand; and each brand fights in the country. Haijuhui can give all relevant furniture materials to users online, and make solutions for users, saving them time and energy.

Internet silk economy is not applicable to Haijuhui

At present, there are only 6 people in Haijuhui's team. In addition to Lushui and Li Lei, there are two website technicians and colleagues in Italy. During the interview, Lu Shui repeatedly stressed that “we use the thinking of the Internet. I need a small team of kepp, and the cost is reduced to a minimum. The target users of Haijuhui are tens of millions of assets, which is different from the Internet reeling economy. Lushui uses mobile phones as an example. Haijuhui users have a high unit price, calculated at a low 500,000 yuan, and the profit per share is 75,000. Lu Shui revealed that he once had a customer spending about 8 million at a time.
