However, different substrates have different adaptability to inks. The quality of the screen-printing characters leads to a large number of rework. The domestically used inks used by our company are relatively large, and domestic inks generally have a narrow range of applicable substrates, and there are mass inconsistencies in different batches. Seiko 1000 series EpoxyResin resin inks have very wide adaptability to the substrate, and the printing performance has the average level of two-component inks. Especially suitable for metal, paint coating, chemical treatment layer, etc., with long-term acid, alkali, solvent resistance, friction resistance characteristics.

1.2.2 Ink preparation

Seiko 1000 series inks are made from the main agent and curing agent. Mix according to the ratio of the main agent 7 to the curing agent 3 (weight ratio), stir it well, and after about 10 minutes aging time, use the specified solvent T-1000 and adjust the dilution rate to 10% to 20% for printing. The viscosity. The difference between the weight ratio of the main agent and the curing agent is very different from that of the printing film, so it is necessary to measure it correctly.

1.2.3 Printouts

Install the screen on the screen printing machine (or screen printing station), adjust the positioning reference, and fix the screen frame to the workpiece from the distance of 2.5mm. Add the appropriate amount of ink prepared in the net frame, apply the ink evenly on the surface of the net with a urethane rubber scraper, and line the paper to test the printing. After the inspection result is good, formally print the workpiece. If there is a problem with the test print, it should be excluded until the requirement is met.
